Orders Fulfilment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with temperature-optimized measures to help maintain product quality during transit.
We take great care in packaging and handling our chocolates to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, as chocolate is a heat-sensitive product, we cannot guarantee that melting will not occur during shipping, particularly in warm climates or during periods of high temperatures.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping temperature-sensitive products.
Delivery Responsibility
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers during transit.
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, delivery times and handling are beyond our control. Factors such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery schedule.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend tracking your shipment using the information provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Information
We take great care to package all products securely to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please review and verify all shipping details before placing your order.
All orders are shipped through third-party delivery carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, and carrier performance. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the delivery carrier directly using your tracking number. The carrier will be best positioned to assist with locating the package or investigating the delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
Exceptions may be considered if:
- The product received is incorrect; or
- The product arrives damaged.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide reasonable proof, including clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above requirements.
